He was involved in the total aspects of managing 200 Units valued at $125K per unit valued in excess of $25,000,000.00 and repositioning the properties that included strategic planning, organizing sale activities, compliance with corporate and external guidelines, marketing, property safety, screening process for potential residents, processing rents, and conflict resolutions. Crawford Community Management, Brick, New Jersey, 2002, management of over 800 condominium association units; ($150K per unit) valued in excess of $120,000,000.00

Versailles at Aberdeen Station, Aberdeen, New Jersey, 2003, managed 290 luxury apartment homes with amenities; ($250K per unit) Valued in excess of $72,500,000.00

Stellar Management Ltd., New York, New York, 2006, managed a portfolio of 23 buildings totaling 1,200 stabilized, rent controlled, fair market apartment homes and commercial spaces; ($200K per unit) Valued in excess of $240,000,000.00
